What you need
- 24 square wonton wrappers
- Olive oil spray
- 250 g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup onion jam or relish
- fresh herbs, for decoration
How to make it
SPRAY the wrappers with oil and then press into 24 mini muffin pans. Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Cool for 5 minutes.
PIPE or spoon PHILLY into each cup and top with some onion jam. Return to the oven for 4-5 minutes to warm through. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
