What you need
- 125g butter
- 125g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 x 55g eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup plain flour, sifted
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
How to make it
Lightly grease and line with baking paper a 18cm x 28cm slab tin.
Combine butter, dark chocolate and brown sugar in a medium saucepan and stir over a medium heat until chocolate and butter have melted. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs. Add flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Stir until well combined, pour into prepared pan.
Beat Philly* and castor sugar until smooth and creamy. Spoon randomly over chocolate mixture and swirl with the tip of a knife. Bake at 180ºC for 40 minutes.
