What you need

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder (more if desired)
  • 400g canned crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 440g canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 green capsicum, chopped
  •  Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 100g KRAFT* Nachos In A Biskit*, to serve

How to make it

Heat oil in a saucepan and saute the onion and garlic until softened. Add the beef and cook over a moderate heat until browned.

Stir in the spices and cook a further minute then add tomatoes and vinegar. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Add the kidney beans, capsicum, salt and pepper and simmer uncovered 5 minutes, or until the capsicum is just tender. Serve with Nachos In a Biskit*.
