An old fashioned favourite, served with a modern twist. A sure fire hit!
What you need
- 30 green prawn cutlets
- Olive oil spray
- 1 large iceberg lettuce, cored rinsed, drained and cut into 6 wedges
- 2 avocadoes, cut into thick wedges
- 1/2 cup ZOOSH Creamy Dreamy Thousand Island Dressing
- chives, for serving
- lime cheeks, for serving
How to make it
INDIVIDUALLY skewer each prawn cutlet along the length of a skewer. Spray with oil. Char grill prawn skewers until cooked as desired.
ARRANGE the lettuce and avocado on serving plates and top each plate with 5 prawn skewers. Drizzle with dressing and serve with chives and limes. Serve immediately.
TIPS: Soak bamboo skewers for at least 30 minutes in water before threading with prawns. This will prevent them from burning during cooking.
