Soups packed full of flavour and goodness
What could more perfect when the weather cools than a great bowl of soup? I often make a huge batch on a Sunday afternoon, hold some for during the week for dinner and freeze the rest for another mid-week dinner… add some crusty bread and you’ve got it made.
Packed full of flavour and goodness, soups are nutritionally a great choice too, loaded with all sorts of vegetables as well as beans and grains that often don’t make their way into the summer repertoire. A bowl of soup is also a great after school tummy warmer too!
